Welcome to ProxyBase. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProxyBase website, services, and residential rotating proxies (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who We Are

ProxyBase is a provider of residential rotating proxies designed primarily for lawful web scraping and data acquisition. Our company operates under the laws of the European Union and complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Eligibility

By using ProxyBase, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. You agree to use the Service only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Pricing and Billing

Usage of ProxyBase proxies is billed at $0.75 USD per gigabyte (GB) of uploaded data. All fees are due upon usage or as otherwise specified at checkout. ProxyBase reserves the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice to users.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
  • Engage in any form of abuse, hacking, fraud, or harassment.
  • Distribute malware or malicious code.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data.

Jurisdictional Compliance: Users are responsible for complying with the laws of both their own country and the country/state where proxy traffic is routed. Illegal use of our proxies may result in account suspension, termination, and, if necessary, reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

ProxyBase collects and processes limited user data, including:

  • Email address
  • Encrypted password
  • Public IP address

All data processing complies with the GDPR. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we protect your data.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, especially in cases of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Illegal or abusive activity
  • Non-payment of fees

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ProxyBase disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee continuous, error-free, or secure access to our Service, nor are we responsible for actions taken by third parties using our proxies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProxyBase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users will be notified of material changes via email or on our platform.
