Terms of Service | ProxyBase Peer

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ProxyBase Peer application ("Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.

2. Description of Service

ProxyBase Peer allows you to share your unused internet bandwidth with our network in exchange for compensation. Your device acts as a secure gateway for verified business clients to access public web data.

We strictly prohibit the use of our network for illegal activities. We implement robust vetting procedures (KYC) for all business clients accessing the network.

3. User Obligations

You agree to run the Application only on devices and networks you own or have explicit permission to use.
You must not use VPNs, proxies, or data center IPs to mask your connection. Such behavior will result in immediate account termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Earnings & Payments

Earnings are calculated based on the amount of traffic routed through your device and the demand in your region. The minimum payout threshold is $5.00 USD. Payments are processed via third-party providers (PayPal, Crypto). We are not responsible for fees charged by these payment processors.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is". ProxyBase shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits or data.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, attempt to manipulate earnings, or use the service for fraudulent purposes.
